Scheduling Coordinator

IntegraOne Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support day-to-day scheduling operations, ensure accurate shift coverage, and maintain clear communication with staff and clients. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving scheduling needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules to ensure proper coverage

  • Confirm staff availability and communicate schedule updates promptly

  • Handle shift changes, call-offs, and last-minute coverage requests

  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation

  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, employees, and internal teams

  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to scheduling and workforce operations

  • Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support (preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and online platforms

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a remote environment
