IntegraOne Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support day-to-day scheduling operations, ensure accurate shift coverage, and maintain clear communication with staff and clients. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Confirm staff availability and communicate schedule updates promptly
- Handle shift changes, call-offs, and last-minute coverage requests
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, employees, and internal teams
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to scheduling and workforce operations
- Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and online platforms
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a remote environment
